We understand that returns can be stressful, so we’ve made it easy for you!

What is the return policy?
• Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of your order’s delivery date.
• Items must be unworn, unused, with original tags attached to qualify.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable on all original orders.
• Returns take 5-7 business days for inspection and processing upon arrival at our warehouse.
• Processing times may be longer during holidays or peak seasons.
Can I exchange my item(s)?
We offer exchanges for the same item in another size or color, or for a completely different item of your choice.
• Customers in Canada & USA can request a straight exchange or store credit.
• If a preferred exchange item is unavailable, store credit will be issued instead.

Do you offer free returns?
Canada (Ontario & Quebec) & USA
We offer free exchange per order for non-sale items (up to 3 items).
• Additional exchanges or returns within the same order will have a $12 USD / $14 CAD return label fee.
• If more than 3 items are being returned, a $3 fee per additional item will apply.
• Refunds to the original payment method will have the return label fee deducted from the final refund amount.

What if I received a damaged or defective product?
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
• A replacement or full refund will be issued if the item is unavailable.
• To report an issue, CLICK HERE and submit your claim with photos of the damage.
